What is one credit?
One verification of one address. Where it came from makes no difference: a check on this website, a row in a bulk file and an API call all cost exactly the same.
Do credits expire?
That policy is the business’s to set, and it goes here the day it is approved. We would rather leave the question visibly open than imply an answer nobody has signed off.
Are duplicate addresses charged?
Duplicates inside a single run are collapsed before any verification happens, so you aren’t charged twice for the same address. How repeat checks across separate runs are counted is part of the credit policy.
Are unknown results charged?
An unknown result still cost real work: DNS lookups, a connection attempt, a probe that got refused or timed out. Whether that work is billed is a commercial decision, and it will be stated plainly on this page instead of buried in the terms.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes, and the calculator shows it. Type a volume below the minimum and the estimate snaps up to it, instead of quoting you a price you couldn’t actually buy.
Can I use credits for both API and bulk verification?
Yes. One balance, one product. Nothing is set aside for a particular interface.
Can I get an invoice?
Invoices and purchase orders go through the enterprise route. Self-serve purchases get a receipt.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-run?
The run stops rather than quietly carrying on into an overdraft, and every row already finished keeps its result. Exactly how a top-up resumes it is part of the credit policy.
